Do you require a deposit? Yes, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your event date and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Is Security Deposit Required? Yes, a refundable Security deposit of $250 is required seven days before the event, and will be refunded if all terms of the rental agreement are met.

How do I book my desired date? Once you complete the Date Inquiry form, and pick your package, you will receive your contract by email and you will be able to make your deposit to lock in your date.

Does the venue allow outside catering? Yes. Outside catering or bringing your own food is allowed. You can book your own catering vendor or choose the Event Hybrid Package, and we will manage the vatering and other vendors for you.

Can I view the venue before I book my date? Yes, we have open hours for venue tours. You can schedule your tour here!

Does the venue have a kitchen? Yes our kitchen is equipped with a prep area, However all food preparation and cooking MUST Be done prior to arriving at the venue.

Do you provide the chafing dishes or food trays? Yes, you will have access to our chafing dishes to hold and serve your food if needed.

​Can I add something to a package? Absolutely, Yes you can add items to any of the packages.

Does the six hours include setup and breakdown? Yes, it does. If you need extra time you can add it to your package (if available). Extra time is $100.00 per hour.

How early can I come in to setup for my event? The setup time is included in the 6, 8, or 12 hour venue rental. If extra time is needed, please consider adding extra time or booking a full day rental. Please enter the venue at your contracted time, not before.

How much does it cost to add additional hours? The additional cost is $100/hr.

Can I serve alcohol? You can serve alcohol as long as you hire a licensed and insured bartender. We can find one for you under the Event Hyrbid Plan.

How many guests does your venue accommodate? 80-100 guests.

Is security mandatory? Security is required for all evening events and must be provided by our venue at a charge of $175.

Can I change the table clothes to a different color? Yes, other colors are $10.00 each. White round dining table cloths and black rectangular food table cloths are provided at no extra charge.
